Our Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) provide the convenience of an ATM with the accommodation of speaking to a live teller. Interact with a Gesa team member via private two-way video on weekdays from 7 am – 6 pm and Saturdays from 8:30 am – 5 pm. Outside those hours, enjoy 24/7 ATM functionality.

With ITMs, you can:

How do I cash a check?

Cashing a check at Gesa is easy—no deposit slip needed. Just insert your check into the deposit slot when the teller is ready, and we will take care of the rest. We’ll provide the exact amount, making check cashing a breeze.

When will my deposit be credited to my account?

Get faster access to your funds with Gesa’s ITM deposits. Deposit by 6 pm on weekdays, and we’ll credit your account the same day. Enjoy later cutoff times compared to branch and ATM deposits for added convenience.

How do I make a cash deposit?

Insert your bills into the machine to make a cash deposit at an ITM. It will read and count each bill, displaying the total deposit amount for verification. We recommend adding about 30 bills at a time to process larger deposits efficiently.

Can I break a $20 at the ITM?

Absolutely! Our Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) make it easy to break larger bills or consolidate smaller ones—just touch the screen to get started. You can also make withdrawals in various common denominations to get the cash you need.

Can I use the ITM without talking to a teller?

Absolutely! Our Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) function just like a regular ATM for all your basic banking needs. Tap the screen to access your accounts, make deposits, withdrawals, and more. 

Can I use the ITM without my debit card? How does that work?

Forgot your debit card? No problem. You can use a driver’s license for identification at the ITM.

How can I pay my loan at the ITM?

Use cash or a check, or make a transfer from your Gesa Credit Union account.

Is there a delay in transactions made at the ITM?

No. When you bank with one of our friendly representatives, we’ll update your account as quickly as we do inside the branch.

Are the interactive tellers Gesa employees?

Yes. Our interactive tellers are fully trained Gesa team members with the same expertise and commitment to customer service as the staff you know and trust inside our lobbies. You can count on them to handle your financial transactions with the utmost care and professionalism.
